Peach Cobbler

This cobbler made with fresh peaches is delicious by itself, or even better served over vanilla ice cream.

Delicious by itself or served over vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
  • 6 – 8 Ripe Beccari’s Peaches
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup flour
  • ¾ Cup butter

Instructions
  1. Peel and cut peaches. Slice into bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, and ½ Cup sugar. Blend until peaches are well coated. Place mixture into a 9 in x 13 in baking dish.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Mix topping ingredients in a separate bowl. Pat on top of peaches.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until peach juice has solidified. Serve warm.
