Spaghetti Squash

Mmmm… Spaghetti squash!  Here are two tasty suggestions for how to enjoy yours.  If you’ve never given it a shot, spaghetti squash is great as a side or as a carb-free entree when served as spaghetti with sauce.

Spaghetti Squash
Recipe type: Vegetable Entree
Cuisine: Italian

  • 2 Beccari’s Spaghetti Squash
  • Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Wash spaghetti squash, halve lengthwise, and remove seeds. Place halves, cut side down, in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Top it with spaghetti sauce or another of your favorite sauces.
  2. Another idea: Toss the strands with butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
